COURSE APPROVAL AND CREDITS FOR ADVANCEMENT
All courses that are to be used for advancement on the salary schedule must be approved prior to taking the class by the District Administrator by filling out the course request form in duplicate and turning it into the district office for approval.
Failure to do this could result in the course not being accepted for advancement on the salary schedule. the course(s) are completed, transcripts or grade reports must be turned into the district office by August 21 for advancement for that school year. Unofficial transcripts will be accepted but official transcripts must follow by December 1. Salary advancement will not be changed during the school year.
