When reserving gym space please keep in mind that there are Riverdale team practices most school days in the big gym at RES, the MS/HS and the MultiPurpose building.
Typically, practice is done by 5:30 PM.
When using this form to schedule practices for summer little league baseball, softball and t-ball, practices and games, please use the following facilities:
Will need four rows of chairs on stage with an isle in the middle for the spellers. I will get final number a few weeks before the bee. The audience can be set up as we do for most other commons events. The judges will need one table and a mic. The spellers will need 1 to 2 mics and no podium. The bee will be as long as it takes to get our finalists.
I would like to have our Head Start Family Night Out in the commons where there is more room for families to spread out to eat and play games.
Can we use some tables and chairs?
