The Lifeline Program provides eligible households with a monthly discount on internet or phone service.
You may qualify if your household:
- Participates in FoodShare (SNAP)
- Receives Medicaid
- Receives Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
- Receives Federal Public Housing Assistance (Section 8)
- Receives Veterans Pension or Survivors Benefits
- Meets federal income eligibility guidelines (135% of the Federal Poverty Level)
- Wisconsin households may qualify for discounts of up to approximately $18.50 per month through the combined federal and state Lifeline programs.
